As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of IT and digital projects. You will act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, development teams and management, ensuring that objectives, budgets, timelines and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.

• Develop detailed project plans including schedules, resources, budget forecasts and risk assessments.

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams (development, QA, operations, design, etc.) to execute project tasks and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, manage changes and ensure timely communication of status and issues.

• Identify risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary to ensure project continuity.

• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum, Waterfall) as appropriate.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams.

• Perform post-project reviews, capture lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field. 

• Significant experience (e.g., 5+ years) in IT project management, preferably within software development or digital services. 

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques (scheduling, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder management).

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and manage multiple concurrent projects.
