As System Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. You will gather requirements, analyze business processes, translate them into functional specifications, and help ensure solutions deliver value and meet stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, document and manage business requirements through interviews, workshops and observations.

• Map and analyse current business processes, identify gaps/inefficiencies and propose improvements.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and/or system requirements.

• Work closely with IT/development teams to ensure that solutions align with requirements and business objectives.

• Assist in testing, validation and user-acceptance of new systems or enhancements.

• Monitor project progress, change requests and impact analysis to help stakeholders manage expectations.

• Provide clear communication and reporting between business units, technical teams and management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or a related field.

• Experience (1-3 years) in business analysis, systems analysis or a similar role.

• Sound understanding of business process modelling, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques.

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies and working with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to bridge business and technical perspectives.
